copy and paste it to a text file, chenge what you need to then click file
"save as" name it whatever you like eg: wild.cfg or if you want it to load automatically name it autoexec.cfg click save. Then place it in your ETMAIN folder.

i know, it didnt work! when i was on server i just /exec blabla............ -> couldnt exec .........................

i dont know much about any of this so ill just not worry about it....i have way too many questions....like...what does each individual thing do basically...lol
