Some idea of reducing lags

I thought it would be good to put a banner/banners that advicie ppl to set their /rate to 25000, and maxpackets to 100. It could reduce some of lag on the server, coz not everyone has those settings applied.
What do you think about it ?

I'm pretty sure setting your maxpackets should be the same as your average fps or so. So since I play with maxfps of 76, my maxpackets is 76.
