Your config file. Open Notepad, Click file, Click Save As, type the name exactly as i do: autoexec.cfg. No period or quotes
Then you can add binds at your own leisure.
/bind say [Text goes here] This will make whatever you type in the [Text goes here] area, come up in the chat with no noise
/bind vsay [Vsay command goes here such as cheer or etc] [text goes here (optional)] this will make text appear in the chat, along with the sound of the vsay command you entered, but the words of the vsay do not appear. you entered (optional) text overrides this. if you do not enter any custom text it will just make the vsay pop up, text and all.
there are other binds you can do to control movement, toggle settings and much much more, those two i listed are just a quick guide to it. If you want more help with binds i suggest talking to Knobby because he is really good with this. feel free to pm me here or hit me up on msn if you need any further help. :)
Hope this helps

this does it for you, read the Help-English.htm for the detailed instructions.
I've never done this so I won't be able to explain it that well lol.
